This Christmas we were able to go to California and spend the holiday with my family. This was the best Christmas present for me:). We spent Christmas Eve with Tiffany, Angie and their families as well as mom and dad. It was so nice to have all of our families together. We played card games and ate way too much of course. Christmas day we have our personal family Christmas before everyone came over. Then we had a fantastic prime rib and ham dinner with everyone. The kids were of course spoiled rotten and enjoyed every minute of spending time with their cousins. On Christmas Eve Pete Angie's dog was able to come over and play with Kona all day. Kona had an absolute blast. I swear Pete and Kona were smiling as they were running laps around moms backyard. So cute!
Coming back to California makes me miss it so much. It is really neat to see Angie and Tiffany and all their children growing up and what wonderful families they each have. I haven't seen Capri since June and I would say she has hardly grown she is such a peanut! It is also wonderful to see that Jace and Kylee never skip a beat when they see each other. They always pick up where they left off and go back to best buddies right away.
My dad came into town for a long weekend and we had a great visit with him. We were able to play cards with mom and dad as well as Angie and Tiffany's families a couple of the nights. We have had so much fun catching up. Below are some pictures of our Christmas...
Aunt Angie and Sariah. I love this picture.
Granddoggies. Don't they look like they are smiling? Pete and Kona had such a blast!
Kylee, Capri and Aunt T.T. Isn't Capri just so tiny!
Capri clapping her hands and sitting up like a big girl. I even got to see her crawl a little. She looks so much like Tiffy.

All the grand kids but Capri. Tucked in and ready to start Christmas Even festivities. You can see Kona in the picture...her tail anyways.
Here are all the boys checking out something on Kirks phone.
Myla and Sariah ready to play the Elf Left/Right game.
Myla has grown up so much, as has Sariah. You should see Myla's hair in the back. She has a graduated bob. So cute!
If you scroll down my blog to Kylee's 10th birthday you can see the original of this picture when Jace and Kylee were younger. We did a redo. The funny thing is that Kylee is bending down a little now so they would be the same height.
Mom and Dad.
Kona tuckered out after her play date with Pete.Kylee and Nathan in their Christmas Eve pj's with milk and cookies for Santa.
Kylee Nathan and Kona tucked into bed at Grandma's house. Kona was in high heaven because she never is allowed on beds...all rules out the window at Grandmas.
Mom dad and Scott playing cards late Christmas Eve.
Christmas morning Kona found her present under the tree and took off with it thinking she would be in trouble. The thing was the duck was attached to a heavy bag of treats and she was dragging them both around. We all followed her laughing and taking pictures. So funny how the dog becomes the center of attention Christmas morning.
I love Nathan in this picture. His eyes are so cute.
Kylee really wanted an animal hat so I thought this rainbow sock monkey hat was totally her.
Nathan opening his big gift.
So excited because he got the DSi he wanted so bad. We hit the nail on the head this year with his gifts. I love it when the kids are so happy about the gifts they receive.
Kylee opening her new ipod touch. She has hardly gotten off of it since she opened it. Scott uploaded a bunch of music for her and then we gave her an app card to purchase whatever she wanted. Of course she has somehow figured out how to text on the thing...dang it.
Grandma played Mrs. Claus and handed out all the presents.
This is a great smiling picture of Jace. He looks so happy. He is opening the air soft gun that we got him for Christmas.
Paige, Kylee and Catie. Super cute picture of the girls.
